1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for the pub crawl (a guided night-time tour of bars and clubs) organised by The Pubcrawl Company S.L. in Madrid and Barcelona, through the website thepubcrawlcompany.com. Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. The ticket and what it includes
The ticket grants the right to take part in the pub crawl for the city and date selected during booking, with the services advertised on the website for each city (welcome shots, access to several bars, entry to the final club and guides throughout the night). The meeting point and start time are stated on the website and in the booking confirmation email.
3. Price and payment
The price is 20 € per person, except for special prices indicated for specific dates, taxes included. Payment is made at the time of booking through the secure Stripe payment gateway. The booking is confirmed once payment has been completed, after which the customer receives a confirmation email.
4. Entry requirements
To take part, the following conditions must be met:
- Be over 18 years of age. A valid ID document or passport is required at the meeting point; failure to present one may result in entry being refused with no right to a refund.
- Dress code: sandals, sportswear or gym clothing and sleeveless shirts are not permitted. Venues may refuse entry for non-compliance, with no right to a refund.
- Responsible drinking: the venues' security staff may refuse entry to anyone they consider to be intoxicated or causing a disturbance. In such cases access is not guaranteed and no refund applies.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Customers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the event starts and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Within the 24 hours prior to the start, or in the event of a no-show, there is no right to a refund.
- Once the service has been provided, i.e. the event has begun or been attended, no returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
- To request a cancellation, please write to info@thepubcrawlcompany.com quoting your booking number.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), contracts for the provision of leisure and entertainment services tied to a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. As the pub crawl is a leisure service for a specific date, the right of withdrawal does not apply; the cancellation policy described in the previous clause applies instead.
7. Acceptance of these terms
By ticking the acceptance box on the booking form and completing payment, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as having received clear, prior information about the service contracted, its price and the applicable cancellation policy. This acceptance is recorded and associated with the booking.
8. Liability
The customer is responsible for their own behaviour and alcohol consumption during the event. The Pubcrawl Company S.L. accepts no liability for damages, losses or incidents arising from improper use of the service or from conduct beyond the organiser's control. The venues visited are independent establishments with their own admission and operating rules.
9. Changes to the event
For reasons beyond our control (capacity, closure of a venue, safety reasons, weather or other unforeseen circumstances), the organiser may change the venues, the route or the timing, while maintaining the essence of the contracted service. If the event is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organiser, a change of date will be offered or, at the customer's choice, a full refund.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data provided during booking is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this same website.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the rights that consumer regulations grant the consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
